Avoid 7 Things; salt, white sugar, red meat, canned food, dairy items, flour, carbonated drinks

Use these 3 things; vegetable, fruit, dry fruit

Forget about 3 things; your age, past, any hurt feelings

Care for 4 things; your lovers, friends, family, positive thinking, be solution oriented not problem oriented

Care for 5 things for your health; fast, relax, smile, travel, physical exercise, weight control

Never overlook these 4 things; drink water even not thirsty, sleep before getting tired, take rest often, regular medical checkup, practice spirituality, recite Holy Quran, Night prayers, Supplication, zikr, remembrance of Allah SWT
