4 Things you Learn as You Get Older⏳
1. You can’t make real friends with fake people.
2. You sit back and observe and realize not everything needs a reaction.
3. You learn to trust your intuition. If something doesn't feel right about a person or situation, you don't waste time trying to deny it.
4. The older you get the less you feel the need to be included, understood or accepted.
Be strong enough to walk away from what's hurting you.
Be patient enough to wait for the blessings you deserve and always remember your current situation is not your final destination. The best is still yet to come.
3 things that mentally strong people do; they don't play victim and they don't waste time feeling sorry for themselves. They are fair, compassionate, kind but they're unafraid to speak up when their values are put to the test. They celebrate other people's success. Remember this; blowing out somebody else's candle will never make yours shine any brighter.
4 things to stop doing right now; trying to please everybody. You're under no obligation to set yourself on fire to keep other people warm.

Don't judge other people's choices when you don't know their reasons for making them.
Ask before you assume. It's amazing how a little communication can prevent a lot of problems.
Be careful with your words becasue once they are said, they can only be forgiven, not forgotten.

Walk away from conversation that involve hate and gossip
Walk away from unnecessary drama.
Walk away from people who put you down.
Walk away from the table if respect is no longer being served.
3 things to be thankful for everyday:
You woke up and you have the opportunity to make a difference in somebody's life including your own.
Be thankful for the struggles that you've overcome because they've made you who you are today.
Be thankful for the people that love you because they're the ones that make life worth living.
I haven't heard your voice in years, but my heart still has conversations with you every day. Grief hurts and nothing and no one can replace a loved one who's gone. It's an emptiness that doesn't go away.
