If you are in depression, then waste no time and get rid of him ASAP. Depression only becomes more powerful day by day if remains unchecked.

You: I am more powerful than you, don’t you dare to do any harm to me. I am determined to defeat you and I will do whatever It takes to defeat you.
Depression: He is getting out of my clutches. Ofo!

Depression: Hey! You go back to your bed and overthink about how many opportunities you have missed in your life.
You: No! I will not go to bed. Instead, I will sit on my chair and spend my time creating opportunities rather than waiting for one.
Depression: Don’t argue with me! Go and overthink.
You: Go Away.
Self-talk with depression.

Make life’s number 1 priority, defeating depression. Otherwise, it will defeat you.

Sometimes even to live is an act of courage.

I’m not in this universe to live up to your expectations, and you are not in this universe to live up to mine.

For a person in depression, even going to pee is a big task but he does it because it is a necessity. This kind of necessity is required if you want to defeat depression.

No one realizes how strong someone with depression has to be just to do daily stuff like shower, brush hair, or get out of bed.

I wanted to write down exactly what I felt but somehow the paper stayed empty, and I couldn’t have described it any better. Depression is Emptiness.
