Dog trainers use instant gratification. We, human beings, get trapped in instant gratification and we compromise big goals.
Purpose is next to goal. Nelson Mandela spent 27 years in prison, most of them isolated on Robben Island off the coast of Cape Town, South Africa. His encounters with visitors from the outside world were brief and strictly controlled; he spent much of his time alone, uncertain of whether he would ever emerge alive.

12:00 Learn from experts with clarity in thoughts. Protect from instant gratification just like tortoise squeeze itself when feels in danger. Get freedom from what is going around (distraction) and stick to the aim (target).
One can cross 7 oceans following goal.

Follow your dreams. Keep your dreams alive. Understand to achieve anything requires faith and belief in yourself, vision, hard work, determination, and dedication.

Organization: Positive Cash Flow (smooth upfront cash, no credit), Growth (incremental, progressive), Profit (margin). Management, Consistent use consumers, Company track record (10 years). Right investment in share market has benefits.
Share market retailer rushes behind tips. Tip is same for waiter.
Good infrastructure promotes business, makes country rich.
Investment on gift (temporary) and infrastructure (more detailed) has different results.
Media influences more.
An effort that is appreciated gets repeated.
Mentor (direction), company leadership / employees (business), consumer (feedback).
Time Management: a) Regular (incremental) income, very very important. b) Continuous learning, otherwise, you'll suffer. c) Pleasure d) health (physical and spiritual) 1.5 - 2.0 hr exercise.
Loyalty and engagement of employees. They can leave your ship in the middle of the ocean. In interview pose differently (very expert, loyal), in practice different.
