Diverse and international experience. During this time I made amazing lifelong friends from around the world during these 22 years in Toronto Canada. After arriving in Canada, we totally don't know what to do in new environment, where life is going to take. 

Working hard whatever is available and possible, makes easy to understand the unknowns. I always take the chance whenever wherever I have. Some decisions enhance, some delay the career. Living life full and meaningful, decisions play the role. Embrace the journey, for the final round. 

Life can take you in many directions. Work hard to make the most from what you have. Take chances which come your way. Sometimes we have to leave comfort zone and feel uncertain and uncomfortable. Focus on learning and developing the most. World is changing quickly and there are always new situations and you've to going through you're not familiar with.

Mind is wandering. We can bring it back. Exercise is not keeping mind focus. Exercise is, when it wanders, bring it back. It strengthens the connectivity in the attentional circuity. This is basic muscle of mind. We don't exercise. We depend on externals to grab our attention. Economy is built on grabbing attention. Habituation is what the brain does. When it sees the same old thing day after day after day, walking the same way to work. You don't see after a while. The brain economizes on attention.
