Tranquility - Inner Peace

The more tranquil a man (having inner peace) becomes, the greater is his success, his influence, his power for good. Calmness of mind is one of the beautiful jewels of wisdom.

A happy life consists in tranquility of mind.

Quietude (اطمینان), which some men cannot abide because it reveals their inward poverty, is as a palace of cedar to the wise, for along its hallowed courts the King in his beauty deigns (agrees) to walk.

Tranquility and concentration work together.

The life of man in every part has need of harmony and rhythm.

Proof of great tranquility of heart is free of praise or blame.

The real human progress is measured by the extent to which he achieves inner tranquility.

The fruit of silence is tranquility.

The pursuit, even of the best things, ought to be calm and tranquil.

I am sustained by the tranquility of an upright and loyal heart.
