Taqibat - Fajr (morning) Salaat and Post Dawn

Al-Anbiya (The Prophets) 21:104
يَوْمَ نَطْوِي السَّمَاء كَطَيِّ السِّجِلِّ لِلْكُتُبِ كَمَا بَدَأْنَا أَوَّلَ خَلْقٍ نُّعِيدُهُ وَعْدًا عَلَيْنَا إِنَّا كُنَّا فَاعِلِينَ
جس دن ہم آسمان کو اس طرح لپیٹیں گے جیسے خطوں کا طومار لپیٹا جاتا ہے جس طرح ہم نے پہلی بار پیدا کیا تھا دوبارہ بھی پیدا کریں گے یہ ہمارے ذمہ وعدہ ہے بے شک ہم پورا کرنے والے ہیں
And (remember) the Day when We shall roll up the heaven like a scroll rolled up for books, As We began the first creation, We shall repeat it, (it is) a promise binding upon Us. Truly, We shall do it.

Taqibat - Fajr (morning) Salaat and Post Dawn
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ In the Name of Allah.
وَصَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّد وآلِهِ May Allah bless Muhammad and his Household.
 وَأُفَوِّضُ أَمْرِي إِلَى اللَّهِ I confide my cause unto Allah.
إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بَصيرٌ بِٱلْعِبَادِ Surely, Allah watches His slaves.
فَوَقَاهُ ٱللَّهُ سَيِّئَاتِ مَا مَكَرُوا So, Allah warded off (protected) from him the evils which they plotted.
لاَ إِلٰهَ إِلاَّ ا نْتَ سُبْحَانَكَ There is no god save You. Be You Glorified!
إِنِّي كُنْتُ مِنَ ٱلظَّالِمِيـنَ Lo! I have been a wrongdoer.
فَٱسْتَجَبْنَا لَهُ وَنَجَّيْنَاهُ مِنَ ٱلغَمِّ Then, We heard his prayer and saved him from the anguish (severe mental or physical pain or suffering).
وَكَذٰلِكَ نُنْجِي ٱلْمُؤْمِنينَ Thus do We save the believers.
حَسْبُنَا ٱللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ ٱلْوَكِيلُ Allah is Sufficient for us! Most Excellent is He in Whom we trust.
فَٱنَقَلَبُوٱ بِنِعْمَةٍ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ وَفَضْلٍ So, they returned with grace and favor from Allah,
لَمْ يَمْسَسْهُمْ سُوءٌ and no harm touched them.
مَا شَاءَ ٱللَّهُ Only that which Allah wills shall come to pass.
لاَ حَوْلَ وَلاَ قُوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِٱللَّهِ There is neither strength nor power save with Allah.
مَا شَاءَ ٱللَّهُ لاَ مَا شَاءَ ٱلنَّاسُ Only that which Allah, but not people, wills shall come to pass.
مَا شَاءَ ٱللَّهُ وَإِنْ كَرِهَ ٱلنَّاسُ Only that which Allah wills shall come to pass even if people detest it. 
حَسْبِيَ ٱلرَّبُّ مِنَ ٱلْمَرْبُوبِيـنَ Sufficient for me is the Lord against the lorded.
حَسْبِيَ ٱلْخَالِقُ مِنَ ٱلْمَخْلُوقِيـنَ Sufficient for me is the Creator against the creatures.
حَسْبِيَ ٱلرَّازِقُ مِنَ ٱلْمَرْزُوقِيـنَ Sufficient for me is the Sustainer against the sustained.
حَسْبِيَ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّ ٱلْعَالَمِيـنَ Sufficient for me is Allah, the Lord of the worlds.
حَسْبِي مَنْ هُوَ حَسْبِي Sufficient for me is He Who is sufficient for me.
حَسْبِي مَنْ لَمْ يَزَلْ حَسْبِي Sufficient for me is He Who has been always sufficient for me.
حَسْبِي مَنْ كَانَ مُذْ كُنْتُ لَمْ يَزَلْ حَسْبِي Sufficient for me is He Who had been since eternity and still sufficient for me.
حَسْبِيَ ٱللَّهُ لاَ إِلٰهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ Allah suffices me. There is no god save Him.
عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ In Him have I put my trust,
وَهُوَ رَبُّ ٱلْعَرْشِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ and He is the Lord of the Tremendous Throne.
