1) Take enough sleep.
2) Discipline, no distraction, sun rises in winter summer.
3) Keep health # 1 priority.
4) Working hard makes you the man of ethics.
5) Avoid hanging with and spending time with losers, as you are 1 of 5 of your close friends.
6) Don't dwell on past hurting memories. You can only perform your best with fresh mind.
7) Don't wait for the ideal time to start.

Sleeping Time 8:30 pm, Waking Time 4:00 am, Dinner Time 6:30 pm
